Hi all...

Trax takes place on Sunday 7th of September and is located at Silverstone.

This event is based on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS...

We have decided that we are going to make a deadline of the 18th of July for this.

EACH ADULT over the age of 14 will need a ticket at £12 (no matter how many are in a car)(Under 14's go free)

EACH CAR will need a car pass so you NEED to let me know

If you wish to do a 0-60 sprint test then this will be £7 Extra. If you're considering this then I recommend geting these with your ticket to make sure you get a go. The 0-60 is very busy thoughout the day and you might not be able to get a run if you buy on the day.

If you want a ticket then contact me to arrange payment through Cheque/Paypal ASAP.

If you need any more information then let me know and I'll get back to you asap.

Chris

We've set the 18th of July as the deadline. This is because we need to get it booked before we go on the summer event, otherwise if we left it till after we came back it would getting pretty close to when the show is and we may not get a stand.

I wouldn't stop that side of B'ham really Dave, thats were all the gangs are and the crime is... Walsall isn't the nicest of places... theres a travel lodge at Fort Dunlop which is probably a better location for you.

Almost correct. It's £7 for each 0-60 run, and £12 per person - so if you bring any passengers they they have to pay £12 to get in also.

I am too old for sleeping in my car plus we know what can happen when you do *cough* Craig + Clare....is that a mini Stig on the way *cough*

Again cos I am an old fart driving all the way from Warrington to the Midlands for 4 am or something like that then on to Silversotne all day looking at cars and other sights then the drive home will mean me ending up sleeping in my car by mistake i.e. as I am driving along and that ain't a good plan!

Plus Coleshill rocks as I am sure Scotty will tell you

Wheres it rocking Dave? I'll be there! Its not one of the most exciting of country towns but its great for meeting as its so easily accessible and lots of space to park and no trouble at all ever goes on.

You know that unless you have a show pass that you won't be allowed to bring your car onto stands? If you pay on the door then you will have to park your car outside the track in a car park with other visitors. Maybe you have sorted this?

Thats fine. Anyone is welcome on the stand though and as for not being worthy. You have an st which is more than some of the people have. We have 2 focus and an rx8 on the stand . If you change your mind let us know. We are a freindly bunch and you will be made to feel welcome.

Thats fine. Anyone is welcome on the stand though and as for not being worthy. You have an st which is more than some of the people have. We have 2 focus and an rx8 on the stand . If you change your mind let us know. We are a freindly bunch and you will be made to feel welcome.

Cheers Micky - ill wait until the weekend then, until i actually possess the car before making a decision - this will give anyone else a chance to take the ticket first.

I don't think there are any convoys comming from your way. Most of the members are meeting at birmingham and then heading to the show. Does this mean that you want to be on the stand? We are going to be leaving quite early as we need to be at the show before 9am.

Meeting times will be announced within the next week.

I take it nobody stepped forward to take the spare ticket then?

It would be no great hardship to meet up at Brum on the way for me - how early is early ?

Still running on next to no internet but will keep an eye out for updates of times...guessing a meet up in the normal carpark is on the cards?

Can all members attending Trax please put some black ribbon on their aerials. If you do not wish to do this then thats fine but as a sign of respect for a dearly lost site member as Ruth was. It would be a nice send off for her.

That is a nice way of doing things. I was talking to a member yesterday who contacted me about doing similar, I will sort something out for the future. At current it is all just about letting it sink in and letting go slowly. I think the funeral will help.

No insensitivity was meant there Craig, just a members question.

We are all shocked at the moment, especially with what we would normally be so looking foreward to.... Another meet, at Trax.

We will 'MARK' this meet at Trax dedicated to Ruthy.

Hi there, here is the plan for Sunday:

6am - Coleshill Leisure Centre, B46 3LA (Park Road, Coleshill, Birmingham)

Myself, Scotty, anthony1664, ST_ONE, daddyp and cra1g.

Please put the postcode in your satnav/routeplanner if you're unsure of the location. It's the carpark opposite Coleshill Leisure Centre, in Coleshill, Warwickshire. It's where we have met up before a few meets, and is a nice convenient place, just a few minutes off the M6, M6 Toll and M42.

7am - Cherwell Valley Services, just off Junction 10 of the M40

Micky, st_essex, sotonst, and rudest1970.

Again it's a covenient location, you don't actually have to have been on the M40 to access it, and it sits at the turn off for Silverstone.

You fellas are welcome to convoy up to there, but if you wish to do this then you'll need to arrange it amongst yourselves.

--------

Please can you all inform myself asap of your mobile number through private message so we can contact you if there is any problems. I shall give you mine also.

Thanks
Chris

That's fine about you seeing us at the services. You sure about Cherwell Valley being junction 15a of the M40 though?

Their own website says it's J10.

It's where we have met up before a few meets, and is a nice convenient place, just a few minutes off the M6, M6 Toll and M42.

see you at 6am....unless anyone is out for a pint on Friday nite in Coleshill area

Yes, we can do that Craig. I suggest we all get the Gazebo up as its going to rain... everyone try and bring chairs with them to sit on, as the ground will be too wet.

Once this is do I suggest we all have a minutes silence for Ruthy.

For all who remembered her we can think of who she was, for anyone who didn't, they can remember others who have passed away.
