I'll ask my mate for some tips on how he got through it, and post back, continue to be positive though.
I also have two ex cycling friends, a married couple who have also ceased cycling and work as both diagnosed with Lupus, very similar symptoms to CFS.

I'll keep my eye on this thread, I've not really come across anyone who has recovered from CFS so it will be interesting to see what helped them.
