friend of mine runs a super charged 106 pug,, its a very quick and well fettled car these days but this is what happened to the first two gearboxes before he modified them to handle the extra torque and power.

At least we all know that the fez engine can be run with a supercharger for at least a year.

I would think that you're now at the limits of tuning now for the duratec? I wonder what it would be like as a RWD cosworth track toy!?
