are these being cooked because internal exhaust gas is too hot or rich or is it because external exhaust/engine heat build up ??

MIne was positioned on only one pipe on the exhaust manifold, and very close to the head. I also ran high octane racing fuel. I think it's that that cooked mine.

So anyway... Mike's car...

What release valve/dump valve are you guys running with the charger. Can I use a normal dumpvalve like on a turbo app. A Bailey DV for instance?

Did you need to replace the MAP sensor?

Right we have changed the charger again for a larger one, this is the first mapping session for a week or so ago. It's not finished yet, as you can see there is a good increase across the entire rev range and there is more to come...
