It works well with the 2.3 engine.

60mm TB doesn't do much but it is a bonus! so any bonus is good for making the car breathe better...

I'm getting 199bhp without one and my induction is my weakness with my car (broken GGR funnel) so with one of those also you will be enhancing things a little better!
Hopefully someone has an idea who has one...

So you would say it's worth getting it then? The Cossy intake. For induction, get a Motorcade CAI (Cold air induction). www.inductionkits.co.za, works like a BOMB on mine.

Well mine is 199bhp Vago so I'm lucky that the mods work for me...

yeah drifter go for the cossie intake. Great top end power
True it's best used with superchargers but that's what I'm aiming for one day

Thx Bud, I want to get "staged mods", 1st stop is a DSf3000. Impossible to find.

Planning on my SC running latest May next year, but want to get mods I can use in the interim.

I really appreciate your input.

No... thankYOU for letting me know that it wasn't my oxygen sensor. It WAS the mods! Gone off now!

No problem for the input!

I got an official sensor put on and it's gone off now...
I was pulling my hair out also!
It's the price to pay for the POWER makes the sensors go mental!

I reckon my 1st O2 sensor is cooked. Ran 120Ron race fuel at a meet, and my car did NOT like it at all, that's where are my problems started. Fraud Stealerships quote me close on 200Pounds for the original part. Bosch agents 60

Yeah my sensor 'cooked' on the rolling road. Got it replaced with a non-genuine fraud part (It was a Bosch one, not good mate!) ...Was ok for a week. The light came back on
Got it took off. Genuine fraud one put on (EVEN THOUGH they do the SAME thing!) and now it's fine!
All my hair pulled out and about £250 quid later
It seems to be ok... no light, good power etc...

for now...

Was the replacement you used a Bosch perhaps? I have heard that they no good at all. Looks like I'll have to haul out a bottle of Scotch and go speak to my contacts. Might get it cheaper.

nah I'm too busy at work to faff about mate. I just took it to a local affiliated work shop with nice people that work there. Not a dealership because this one I go to specialise in vans... but job done nonetheless!

OK, we managed to source both O2 sensors + MAP sensor (Geniune OEM) for about 175 pounds. Will get that then. Thanks man.
