thats good because that would really wind me up losing money because idiot cant pay attention.it wouldnt surprise me if they didnt blame so poor trainee for the damage while the real culprit gets away with it because they have been there longer or there up the boss,s backside!

I always check milage and photograph the car before going into service or leaving my keys with anyone else.

Too many people see the stripes and want to go for a play

I take down the milage always and take all my belongings out too!! Hubby thinks they hit a 4post?? Which if i understood him correctly is basically the thing that holds the car in the air whilst they check under it...i think!!
Anyway im still waiting for it..i cant collect it as i have no one to take me to the garage and Dave doesnt get in until gone 6 and Ford wont come collect me (i live about 5mins away) so if it is ready today they are leaving it at the BP station across the road (that they say they own) and leaving the keys with garage person...OMG I THINK NOT!!!!!! I am utterly hacked off and being a girl i had a cry LOL!! All i wanted was a service and they have done anything but that!!!!!!

what make off tyre did you have on before what have you got now, id go back and and say they have ruined your car they have de valued it by creating odd wheels and tyres, you really have to stand your ground, they have admitted they are in the wrong by repairing the wheel, insit on getting more done or go further

Me again!!! I had a falken 452 directional (if that makes sense to you all!!) adn they put on another falken but not the same one. An asemetrical one....but they said this is all their suppliers had was this other one. Anyway their suppliers are the same as where i bought the tyres from so that was one thing that confused me. Anyway not sure about anyone else but i like same tyres on the front not odd one, we said this to Ford monkey and he said its personal preference and what about the ones on the back...i said nothing to do with the back they match each other etc. Anyway in the mean time hubby has spoken with tyre people (Fords suppliers) and they confirmed they have the tyre i want (Falken 452) and had one yesterday too!!!!!!! So we told Ford this and they still argued that this tyre they put on was suffient so i argued the toss explaining i paid for two of the same tyres and i want two of the same back on the car. So in the end we put by the tyre and they fitted it and sorted it today. So i now have 2 tyres that match again

I took Dave in on this occasion as im not completely clued up about tyres etc so he did most of the talking and how he didnt want me driving on odd tyres and its a performance car so should have decent matching tyres.

Anyway im not going there again...EVER!

This is Gowrings Ford of Basingstoke
