who cares

the person driving the car is driving to go save someones life and makes a mistake and sum ppl are sayin tht he should be done with dangerous driving which means he would lose his job

the paramedics were just tryin to save someone as fast as they could

it wouldnt be tht if you foned an ambumlance and u had to wait longer because there short staffed coz they just sacked sum1

To clear it up.

By LAW the ambulance should be on his side of the road, so obviously it's his fault...

but...

With British ways we always move out the way of emergency vehicles as we try and let them get to their destination as quickly as possible... if you ever go to france/spain you will notice no one gives a toss for emergency vehicles and DO NOT pull over or even care they are there.

So... in conclusion... it's the Ambulance Drivers fault, he should be more careful in future around corners but by NO MEANS should be lose his job.

It's a tricky one tbh in a legal sense, but in a common sense way it's obvious what happened and was only an unfortunate accident... could have been avoided with a little more care by the driver but these things happen.
