I came across this ST and i just wanted to see what other people thought of it... i personally dont like it atall and have told the owner exactly that...

What are ur opinions before i say...

Look good from the front, but I dont think they've done anything to the front. Don't like the rear lights and it looks to be sitting too low.

no, sorry, doesnt get my vote. the std issue ST looks perfect as it is.

ok, the ST was an awesome ride even with the stock setup, but it just looked like a tractor. i mean if my girl would have want to go offroad she could have bought a maverick or something like that.

and have you ever driven a fiesta st with kw coilovers? now the performance is even better...the car goes round corners like a go-kart!

off road? why would even apparantly get mixed up that the ST was intended for offroading? strange comment to make..

it may well corner better, but now it looks like a bleeding citroen bx with that funny 'flat when stopped' suspension!

Hmmm, I'm not totally against modifying, but I'm not a fan of the Lexus lights or that ruddy huge sticker in the window.

It is a tad low too, but I'm definitely going to look into lowering mine once I can get the money together. The benefits as far as the handling are concerned, assuming you buy a decent kit, are noticeable. The ST rides way too high for my liking anyway.

Are those different wheels he's got on there too, or do they just look a bit different where its so low?

Apart from it being slammed (innit *heh*) and a tint put on the windows, I cant see a lot more different... I think I'll be lowering mine too (35mm) but not right away. I've got other mods I'd rather make.

Hmm not sure, the HUGE sticker in the back window lets it down badly, looks good lowered but I would say it has been lowered just a tad to much.

The rear lights look f***ing awful

Far too lowered, you can go too far. 30mm and uprated dampers takes away the comfort compromise that manufacturers put in and provides a very crisp handling car providing the road surface is good. That sort of lowered it'll be running on the reduced bumpstops and look like the comic 306 and Renault 5 turbo that goes around here bobbing down the road. It just looks, well comic.

1 speedbump and he's stuffed and so are his arches if he has any kind of steering lock on.

Damn right.
I've yet to see a non-lexus car that they actually look good on.
They're rife here in Oxford among the chavs and look shockingly awful.

As for the festa, looks too low.
Money wasted IMO.
