Playing around with my Mac it managed to get some decent quality screen shots of the video of duff's car when he left mine "in a bit of a hurry" shall we say

i have a long video that was taken on my iphone 4 of me driving from work to home
its nothing interesting but it does show how good the quality from an iphone can be

Iphone's have really good camera quality in my opinion! I use it more than my digital camera now

Thanks Coop3r. I use elemtents 10 for editing.
With the rig shots i think it's just a case of practicing. I think i have got the basics down and just need to fine tune them. Post process has always been my weak spot as i like to get it right in camera but sometimes thats just not possible, ie rig shots. If you have any tips or see i've done something odd would love to hear some tips

For the lighting in last car photo i used a yn580 flash gun and the a home made strip light. Made with twin cold cathode tubes from a pc shop and a tinfoil(not pictured) lined cardboard reflector.

It was then two exposures merged together. I'll have a look for the original files.

I am working on a new light using cree leds and a softbox. Just need to find all the right bits.
