I too, have been looking into doing this. Micky 'The Light Art Master' Martin (Site member 'Micky') is the best for getting info.

My little info ... Light arting your car needs to be done in TOTAL darkness. In your pic is a lighted doorway and a streetlight reflection on the screen saying that the area was too light for a longer exposure.

I may be wrong with this info any more info peeps

That was helpful lol. Always have the alloy facing towards the camera rather than the tyre, the shots look so much better
