Yes. It's shocking how much dirt the clay actually picks out of the paintwork.

If its rough then you'll need to get a better polish and work it a little thicker as this is what leaves the nice smooth surface.

Meguires Clay Kit, Step 1 (paint cleaner), Step 2 (polish) and then Gold Class Wax will make your car feel smoother than a babies bum!!! It all does come at a price though.

Do you know roughly how much a clay kit costs...hopefully get a few coppers together so I can do it before FITP

Hows the job hunt going?

I wish I had an electric polisher to get rid of the swirl marks though >.<

Well mine is always avaliable Scotty but it's a bit of a treck down here

My alloys are really bad. The last owner liked the curbs but have hit them today. Really slow grinding noise Really bugging me now as it's lets the car down.

I found several scratches on my bumper that you would never notice but now I know its there its annoying the hell out of me

I hate it when that happens. Every time you look at the car you'll notice it.

EDIT: Clay kits are around £20

Do you think we would get a refund if they cancelled?

Around the £20 mark will get you a Meguires clay kit with x2 bars, quick detailer and also some towels in the kit which is really good
