Don't worry guys and girls... post codes etc will all be put up this week.

Ellington is a really small village just a mile from Huntington Race Course... If you get google maps up you'll find it really easily.

If people want to join the convoy then you are more than welcome to either from the north or the south... which ever suits you.

Kevin and myself will be conducting the northern convoy and Micky will be conducting the southern one. If you want more info about each direction then please pm the people relevant to your direction if the information on here doesn't answer your question.

Please bare with us though as the official information shall be posted this week. This is just so that all the team can get everything 100% sorted before we set the times and destinations in stone. This is due to the fact that every single time they have changed and it's important we all know whats going on so things can be dynamically re-arranged minute by minute during the day and all doesn't go tits up lol.

Will there be a meeting point on the A14 itself (if so where and when) or just at Ellington? I am booked into a travel lodge at Nuneaton the night before - just so I can get an extra 2 hours sleep the night before!

There are a few meeting points on the A14. Places and times will be up shortly so don't panic. There is plently of time to do that on the day

I have just sorted the times and places for the southern convoy so when Chirs sorts a post out i'll tag it onto that.

In the mean time i'll be pm'ing people who i think are coming from the south

mcd you should pop along. Even if your not on the stand you can come and have a look round the show and meet the people on the stand. There are plently more shows this year to attend aswell

BenSoph1, It's too late to get on the stand now. You might be able to get into the public car park and then jump in with someone. As for time i'll guess at 2 hours.

EDIT: Were going up the a1(m) then the a1, Times and places will be posted soon.

Micky was referring to the fact you can park your car outside of the show in the carpark (which is right next to the show) and then simply jump into someones car and come straight in with us... this wouldn't be a problem at all. Can jump in with me if you don't get chatting to someone before you get in... which always happens

I'm just sorting the Northern + Western route and times out so bare with me folks.
