Is it a good idea for me to join you's guys in the morning at a pick up point then follow you's there, then ditch my car in the car park and jump in with someone if possible

If you are joining a convoy then please let the convoy leader know so they know where you're meeting up.

It is all explained here. You would be Group 1 which is from the South and Micky will be leading this one and making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone is accounted for
