I bought some speakers for my car...yet to install them Can I just wire them up to my normal house stereo to have listen? Or would this affect them in anyway? Cheers

Speakers work on current rather than voltage, so you could in theory. Start at a very low volume level. Let us know how you get on as this could be interesting.

they will be ok mate. wont get the most out of them tho with the standard unit

I bought a new stereo unit for my car...but thats going back started legal proceedings with that now

Was missold an item...told them I would just take a refund which i am entitled to but they just told me to take them to court...so i phoned up my credit card company and they said yep thats fine we'll persue it on your behalf

Wowee! I don't suppose it's appropriate to name the company just yet if you're starting proceedings. But you can tell us once it's all done.  How did they mis-sell the item to you?

Was told it had bluetooth built in (one of the main things I was looking for)...which it doesn't...was quite happy to take a refund but no...

Its now just turning into the annoyance of having my car incomplete but thats life...may be cleared up for FITP
