Careful with the Clifford IntelliStart, it just kept going wrong for me. It wasn't worth the extra money or losing a key into the system.

not having intellistart, in fact having some features not even wired up as I don't want them, I already have them and paid for them when I bought the car - the fitted system and they all work fine.

Without going into too much detail, I am retaining my factory Cat 1, the new system will not be operating any ford items including opening doors etc, it will be a standalone system purely operating itself only and the accessories I have chosen.

So what's the new system going to take care of, Steve?

just its own alarm and immobilser and the accessories. So my car will have two alarms and two immobilisers and added clifford accessories. At least I will have an alarm that can be heard.

I'm taking a break between contracts. It's been a nice week off, just what the doctor ordered!
