I would go with a legal sports Cat then no later hassle with MOT's etc.

To be honest steve would be happy with an exhaust and maybe a remap, the car is driven more by vicky than me and she has the two kids in the car, controlling the wheelspin is bad enough without going for loads more power, just trying to keep a happy medium, winters nearly gone so the RS will be my daily driver.

Good info on the earth, will try that. I run an earth from the battery to the EDIS module on the RS2000, cures idle hunting and misfires.

Answered other post. My next one I was going to get round to was welding an earth srap to the exhaust then boltin to the body to aid the signal to the HEGOS as they have to earth through the flexi pipe up to and through the exhaust manifold gasket into an Ally head. I bet it would be better. You can never have enough Earths.

I wouldn't doing any mapping until you have finished all your mods, then either see how well you car goes and then go for DS/live mapping/custom etc to squeeze the best out of all your mods.

Change the manifold last.
Fit the K&N then the cat back exhaust then the manifold so that you feel the benefit of each bit of money you've spent as you do it.
