Depends on how low you want to go, my partner had a 1.4 ghia before the st and i fitted pi springs -35mm and they were fine, the car looked a lot better with a set of 17 inch wheels. The eibach number you need is 1214 914 thats the ford number, that should lower your car about 30mm. I am still waiting for my springs from Ford as they are on back order, waited nearly 2 weeks.
