My daughter has just purchased a Ford Fiesta 1.25 Freedom Special Edition (07)as her first car. I have debonded the phones that were on the 6000cd, and paired our phones to it, but whilst we can hear the call clearly, the caller can't hear us. Both phones work perfectly in my husbands Audi TT. Any help would be fantastic. Phones are connected via bluetooth and showing on the 6000cd.

how about the microphone on the drivers side pillar, is thaat working corectly?

If you get up really close and talk very loud, the caller can hear you faintly through the microphone on the drivers door pillar.

take it back to fords and see what they say

thanks, can you also tell me if the headlight units are covered under the warranty as they have condensation in them

sometims the rubber seal comes away at the back have u checked them

The car is a 2007 plate, still under warranty with no mods, so the seals shouldn't have been opened....., but will get daughters boyfriend to take a look

mine is an 08 plate and i see condensation now and then like if im washing it

Thanks for your kind responses,just need to find out why callers cant hear you talking through the microphone now and then where sorted. At least she is over the moon with it, but then if I was 17years old, I would be too...

hmmm a 2007. have you looked under the car near the front wheels?
