£1200 for me with Admiral. 20, with 0 no claims and 500 excess. I had named driver no claims with Direct Line but they don't insure ST drivers until you turn 21, and they are a complete rip off anyway.

Try Ford insure, (not!).

Before i picked up my new this year i had to phone them for a free 1 weeks insurance so that the garage could tax it.

43 years old, 23 years NCD, clean licence....The quote....£785!!

Got it from e sure in the end, a tad under £250, NCP and all that stuff.

To insure, you must be mad!!

They were the best for me. I was shocked when i phoned for the 7 day insurance.

Cas as main driver 9yrs ncb & clean licence
Me as named 6yrs ncb & clean licence

And it was £434 couldn't believe it. The best i got before that was £650

Don't know why it was so cheap but all the details are correct so not going to complain
