Driving home today pulled up at a junction

Van infront reveresed so now needs a new front grill, number plate and the bumper possibly spraying in!

Could of been worse I suppose
Still not happy about it though

Phoned the insurance company and they said at least you don't have to pay the excess is £850

Why the heck did the van reverse, suppose it pulled out of the junction to much? Its white van men like that giving us van driver a bad name

Think the excess is like £450 but as I'm under 21 its an extra £400

I think he was reversing as he realised everyone was going right so he was going to go up the inside to turn left
