just pulled off without any force, appears to be a crack in the hinge, see bottom of arrow point, you can just make out the crack on picture and the hinge point has just come out.
Will try and get to garage this week and order whatever is required, any thoughts anyone, how big a job for them to do this, how do they get to it, how is the seat catch unit held in there ?
Am not best pleased as I look after my cars, rarely have need to recline seats, have fixed the clamps at the bottom so this should not happen but must have taken to much hammer previously.

Lets face it steve, the seats aint the best quality mate.

that's what worries me, stripping back all my nice leather.

if the labour charge is a shed load' I'll just get some recaros instead (i Wish), will see what my local friendly ford say and let you all know, then might give FCS a call and see if can wangle anything.
