Hi chaps, just would like your views on this, i believe in last weeks auto express, the was another article on the ST along with the zetec s. Although it was not a clear view, i noticed on the dash there was a gear display showing D,R,M,N etc like you would find on an automatic, but why would it be in a car with a manual gearbox, im not saying this is a bad thing, i actually think it is kinda cool, but just questioning the logic behind it!!!

Interesting but im pretty sure its a manual with a manual 5 speed gear box.

Sounds like Durashift to me. Could be an optional extra.
