Got an on going squeak form the rear suspension
Anyone know how to cure it?
With a load in the boot it completely goes...
Any ideas?

I had that problem in my old sport ka it was something to do with a little rubber bung (it might not have been bung but i cant think of the other word at the mo) that had worn down it cost me £37 to get it sorted in a little back street garage. But thinking twice it could be the st squeak that everyone suffers at least once due to the handbrake cable

could be a worn out bush on the shocker, not uncommon on cars.

just my 2 cents anyways

Looking under the rear bumper behind the spring there is a U shape and hanging about it was a fat rubber bung with the handbrake cable going through...
Jacked up that side of the car for easier access and just clipped it back in...
Just compare it to the otherside, needs a little bit of force to get it in
I will get a pic tomorrow if I remember

I have this to but it only strikes above 60, I thought it was the drivers seat for a while but I don't think it is

Pic agreed!!

I have this problem - have looked behind the spring at the rear drivers side but can't see this U-shape object with rubber bung.

Will wait in anticipation for the photo

The squeak has reappeared, haven't checked yet to see whether it has come back out of the holder yet
