Hi,

I know there are a few post on this subject but they dont answer my question. Ive brought the seat handle from ford. When I took out my old one it had something to hold the cable covers in place. The one from Ford hasnt got this. Just wondering if anyone can tell me if they've given me the correct part and if they have how do I get the cable to stay in place

am not sure if any of our zillion posts on this can help you, what is a cable cover.
Just had a new handle myself fitted.

its a black tube that covers the cable.

The handle I brought from Ford Matches the old one, exept the little bit at the end that holds the cable in place

best thing to do is take old one, and new one and ask ford themselves what the difference is.

I would but the old one snapped off as I took it off. I'll go back to ford and ask. just fort one of u guys might be able to help
