Jamie moved my sensor as far away from the exhaust as he could stretch it and the light stayed off for longer.

which sensor is this, did he drill another hole in the exhaust and moved it along ?

The front green hego sensor lead. He just pushed it over as far as he could away from the exhaust and it seemed to stay off longer...

Damn have you got an engine light now too Pink!?

It's what you get for wanting more power ...it's not fair though!

My Engine Light is off again after some steady driving!

I'm not celebrating though because it'll come on again I bet...

Relax buddy, I've been driving with that Engin light on since March. Only time it stayed off for more than a day was after a remap. But 2-3 days, it's back on.

If you read the fine print in the manual, it says the light will be on whilst the engine is working. That's my story, and I', sticking to it.

Drifter: Yeah its nuts buddy. Mine's off and on, off and on... I'm just not going to take too much notice of it because it used to get me down but there isn't actually anything wrong with the car! It's just silly lights making you think there is!
It'll get fixed one day...

Pink: While I've got you oo-errr lol ...I may be buying a diff very soon. Any good comments and tips to let me know of? They would be much appreciated!

As a mod its the best thing you'll likely do. I have LOVED it. Take extra care in the wet though as it makes the handling "interesting". When you get it done go for new bearings. I did as these seem to go quite a bit. Expect to pay almost as much as the part cost to get it fitted though because its a box out job.

Thanks for the reply!
Aahhh I see. They said it's supposed to help in the wet and in all areas but I guess it's 'too many cooks spoil the broth' hmmm?

Cool I think I'm going to buy it off jimmyb11 off the fstoc site for £500...
Good investment then?

Also heard it's like driving on Ice. I Need to look into this next year, but at half a months salary for the part + shipping, duties and fitment, it's not an easy decision.

That coupled with the fact that I got quoted 2300 pounds for just an intercooler and the two boost pipes. That's just the cots of the parts, so after duties and shipment it will come close to 2800 pounds, this is becoming a very very expensive mod for me.

Anyways, we are wayy of topic, sorry guys.

Pink: would you say it's the same as driving in wet without a diff though when having one? Or does it make it worse for wet but better for dry against a standard one? Just trying to think about going for one or not lol
If it's like driving the same as a standard one in wet and you've just got to drive carefully like if you didn't have the diff, I'd get it... If you know what I mean lol...

Drifter: hows the sourcing of parts coming along mate?
Found nearly all the bits you need to supercharge yet?
