Just to point out, we have in fact booked all the events up for the meet at the start of this week based on the numbers who had paid. I apologise if this seems harsh, but the problem is these things get busy at this time of year and we couldn't wait any longer otherwise we wouldn't have got into places. We had extended the deadline for payment twice in order to give everyone the maximum chance of coming, but we just couldn't delay things further, we had to get things booked.
