Had one on my Subaru didnt make any real difference on that, thinking of a K+N 57i kit what do you guys recon on them

Defo works on the ST the standard filter is very restrictive.

I have just a K&N at the moment, no flexi fitted and the difference is minimal.

I would add however that the sound is great, I've never been a lover of big noise from my car and I would like an exhaust but trying to weigh up if I can deal with the noise. I still love the K&N sound though.

I think the K&N makes more of a difference working in tandem with full exhaust/flexi, have a search for more info on the 4 rum.

defo get a K&N its the most power gain you can get for such little money

I have noticed a slight difference in power, though don't expect miracles!
