Agreed Chris! I had time to go see the fit woman in Marks and Spencer and grab a red bull before they turned up!!!!

they sell fit women in M&S and they come with a free can of Red Bull ....WOW!

I was thinking about putting on my Centre Caps for FITP

Do you:

1) Pull out the clips with your fingers for that more *click on* feel?
2) Line up the valve diagram of course?
3) Silicone sealant aye? Where might I find that? B&Q?

yeah pull the clips out for a tighter fit, line it up and what you need is silicone sealent (shower sealent, bathroom sealent) availible from any hardware store

Just don't get it on your clothes otherwise they will be waterproof, and wipe what you can off your hands before washing them as they will be waterproof as well
