Hey new to the site love it already just recently purchased a 06 plate blue st kind of new to the ford scene first one n love it more than life itself lol, really want to get started on it but unsure where to start, any suggestions ideas greatly welcome as much detail as u can not very mechanical minded sorry cheers

both really i was looking at a set of compomotives for it 17s, but not sure about the lowering of it i read 35mm was a good choice any ideas? i suppose the k&n wud be first and cheapest easy to fit? i had someone say theres alot comes off wen fittin it and my mechanical talents are limited , cheers

K&N was going to be my first suggestion lol, really easy to fit!!! Lots comes off the engine block, but I haven't got a clue what there for I just went along with it when my mate fitted it lol Rims sound good, I had my ST alloys powder coated, another idea!

well i was thinking of going white with them but i havent seen a st yet with compos on so thought it might be a little diff, any ideas on the lowering side of things with scrubbing n tht? and do u know the benfits of the k&n? is there meets up in scotland u know of? cheers

Hmmm lowering- Eibach springs are the most popular! K&N might get you a couple more horses, but the sound is IMMENSE! I think some of the guys up in Scotland will be able to tell you about any meets up there, but we do have loads of meets through the year! Fiesta In The Park and Ford Fair are the main site ones, but we have all sorts, take a look at the "Archive of Meets/Events" thread

Hello and welcome. I would definitely suggest getting the car lowered on Eibach's and sticking on a K&N. They are the two mods that make the car how it should of been out of factory imo.
