You still need to put the key to position 2 You can put the button whereever you like and yes its a case of cutting into the wires up to the back of the ignition

My dads Noble you have to still use the key and thats from the factory The Mk1 focus RS you have to put the key in and use the button and thats from factory

bmw's are the same they use key and button. was thinking about doing this as its a cool little mod aswell and meant to be easy enough to do

looks just a case of joing to wires together tbh. hardest part is prob jus ruuning wire down to where you mount the button
