went cycling this morning even though it was really lashing it down
, put a good quality Polaris waterproof cagoule on, gloved and bootied up, sprayed myself all over with some water repellant
and out I went. Met my team and we did some hard sprints as it was too slippy and muddy on the lanes to do any tempo efforts, pretty mild and actually enjoyed it when you have the right kit for the conditions. Arranged to meet our Starter Ride group (for new members and potential ones) at the cafe and we all had a good natter over a few brews while it eased outside for a drier run back home.
