Hail to thee! Here's another user from Switzerland..... I ordered my ST on the 19th of August. Performance Blue, 17 inch alloys, 6006 Cd player, heated windshield. I'll pay around 10800£. My dealer told me it will be November when I get it So I don't really know yet if I'm gonna get the facelift or the "old" one... Currently I drive a 93 Mondeo whith which I'm quite happy. So I'll stick to Ford.... Do you guys in England actually get heated windshields? Haven't read anything about it in this forum...

Hi there Gekko and welcome to the forum mate. If you have any queries or problems feel free to get in touch with any of the mods (me, Chris, FiestaRS, N13KY V, and PinkRinse). If you're not picking up your st until November, I would be pretty certain that it must be one of the facelift ones. With regard to the heated windscreen, yes in england it comes as standard on the Fiesta Take care, chris

Ok, that's why nobody lost a word about it.... But it's a very useful feature. Another good reason to choose Ford

Hi Gekko,
Welcometo the community, I am in Switzerland too (Neuchatel) where are you from?
About the heated windscreen I definitely had to have it, as you know how the weather can get over here. It is strange though how it is not standard on Swiss cars.
Salut Nick,
I live close to Fribourg (Duedingen), so just a stone's throw from you. My french isn't that good, therefore we'd better stick to English...

Hello, Yes let's trick to english so everyone in the community can also understand... Sorry for my delayed reply. I was away on training and had no internet access. Yeah Fribourg is not far away at all. I was over there a couple of weeks ago. We sould meet up sometime with the cars... Maybe somewhere halfway like Murten or something. Gives an opportunity to take some photos of the two cars.

Yes, we could do that once when I finally got my ST.... My dealer said it'll arrive in november. Probably it'll already be the facelift. I just hope I won't get the blue dash....

Ah sorry I thought you had already taken delivery... Yes, let us know as soon as you get it. It will be interesting if you get the facelifted to do a comparison. I quite like the facelift. Regarding the blue dash, tell your dealer that you want a black one and that if you get any other colour you will refuse to take delivery... He will make sure it's black... This in fact is for all of you out there that are waiting for the new ST's and don't want a the "FisherPrice(R)" dash. Remember that it's your money... you are the customers and you have to be given the choice. If you all moan with your dealers the information will go up the chain and you will be heard. If no one says anything have no reason to believe that things are not liked as they are.
