I have certificates to sort out for a bunch of flats, a broken gas meter, intercom system I knew was a bad idea that isnt working, squealing brake pads and I'm moving out soon so I really ought to tidy my room lol

yep im bored to done all my jobs for nasty people just cos they live in million pound penthouses they think they can talk to u like crap sitting in my office now till 6pm woop woop

And when I'm bored I get hungry which isnt great especially after the utter glutton I was on Monday night scoffing a Lindt Bunneh in one sitting.

I'm always knee deep in paperwork and accounts Ayesha but I find myself on here LOL!

I have to sort getting 11 EPCs done and the guy I've been emailing has gone suspiciously quiet lol Oh yeh and the accounts, service charges for next year and the payroll tax return. Meh! lol

Since the MOT & service there has been a litany of problems/"issues"... pfft

Right well now my dad is back from a meeting in London, I'm suddenly "busy" again lol

My dad does everything in our firm and one day it will bite me and my brothers in the ass if he doesn't teach us EVERYTHING

Yeh we didnt *really* slow down during the recession either.. People always need places to live! Didnt really take a hit on rental income either. We just stopped developing and selling and just rented instead heh

Lots of niggly naggly things that really should have been sorted out ages through no real fault of our own.. thats what today is filled with!

Yeehhh time to move on and spread my own wings and move down to Shoreham to live in Performance Blue bliss lol Mind you I've spotted an ad for a block manager so I might just call about that
