had a look at my engine coolant the other day and the coolant doesn't look to good . does anybody know how to drain the coolant that in there atm and replace with new. also could anyone recommend a decent coolent to replace the old?

Check to see if there is a drain plug on the bottom of the radiator, if not pull off a radiator bottom hose, drain the old coolant, refill with ford long life anti freeze 50-50 mix.

How bout 100% coolant, that's what I have now the colour green one is that OK or does it cause any damage in the long run?
