Norwich Union Direct are normally worth a look too, as are Adrian Flux.

Yeah I've been insured with Norwich Union before, they do quite good premiums but it took them 2.5 years to sort a claim out for me which meant I had to take out 3 years worth of insurance saying I'd made a claim. They're good at getting money off you but not so good when it comes to sorting anything out for you.

That sounds like pretty much any insurance/finance company!

Yeah I can imagine but I won't go back to Norwich Union just out of principle now, they pissed me off something cronic at the time and are beginning to again now I am trying to get my excess back etc.

Agree. I had 10 months with Elephant, and it was acceptable as one year. The form you get with your renewal notice that you use to prove your NCB had one year printed on so that was OK.

Not got the yet, but when I put a quote through virgin insurance for the , with 2 years no claims for a 21 year old it was £1,074. Plus they do 0% finance if u want to pay monthly, always nice to spread the cost!

I think mine was around the 450 mark, i'm 26 well over 5 years NCB no convictions either, that was with elephant. Was epxecting it to be around 500-550 so i was pretty chuffed with it to be honest
