And that's where the BHP makes a difference?
What I meant as the 4-1 says it's more for mid range and high range, I presume that is more for when you're already going along and you put your foot down, and the 4-2-1 is more for when you're first setting off?

Sorry for al lthese questions, I just want to make sure I purchase the right one to save wasting £

essentially yes, if you look at it like this bhp is your top speed. The bigger your bhp the faster your top speed. Torque is how fast you get there. the 4-1 is for your top speed or high rpm driving and the 4-2-1 is for how fast you get there

are you just having the manifold or full system. Also are you keeping the standard cat?

Well to start with I think I am just going to get the 4-1 manifold with everything else standard..then I'm going to have a straight through pipe, then have a Mongoose back end and back box.

Does the manifold fit to standard components? Or are you buying them in parts nad fit them all at once? Also where abouts are you from. Just wondering as mongoose 5 mins from your house?

No..bad news just got the email back from Mongoose actually. The upgrades I want is going to be £1200 after fitting so guess it's going to be a few months of hard saving before I can have my manifold and new pipes. :(:(

How come its that much. You can get a full system for about 800 quid. Surly not 400 quid for fitting?

Supposedly about a 6 hour job at Mongoose? I was under the impression I could just buy a 4-1 manifold and it would just fit straight on everything that's already there?

Not sure about the mongoose but i was told by GGR that the miltek 4-1 will fit to a standard exhaust system with a bit of fiddling. Cant understand 6 hours. I was quoted the manifold was at most 2 hours, and the rest just bolts into place. Have you tried getting a quote from another garage. May come out cheeper.
