Cleaned my car this afternoon only to notice that a scummy little chav has tried to take off my two rear wheel centre caps during the past week These days I'm so careful where I'm parking the due to damage done in the past by others. I'm at the end of my tether; not sure how to stop them being nicked Any ideas? Thankfully they're stuck on well, but they've been bent and are now chipped I don't think I'll be going out much in it anymore for a while

Just take em off, put them on for shows etc!!

Yep I have found myself removing the caps in certain places. Its a shame. I also have two sets of caps, bad ones and good ones. Not had a problem yet, but it seems a matter of time. SCUM BAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i realised i was missing one this morning so now i dont have a full set i have taken the rest off and i will just put them on for shows

I saw another thread on here last month talking about centre caps falling off. I thought to myself, hmm never happened to me. Sods law, the next day 1 was missing Ah well, took the rest off and at the moment I'm liking the change.

I like the look of the wheels with out them now. But I have four on my desk for when/if I sell the car

Checked this morning at work and found that someone has tried to force my Ford badge off the boot and now it's chipped too

do you think someone might be trying to vandalise your car with the ford badge on the boot or is the badges also something that people try to nick off the cars?

I think I lost one of mine about 6 weeks ago it cost me 17 quid for a new one. I dont think it got nicked cos I know when I lost it and I had only been to work and I park right outside my work window. Ive put a bit of superglue on them now cause when I checked the rest they felt quite loose. I think they must work loose cause my new one was quite a tight fit.

Whip them off! Can take your centre caps off while your at it.

I took mine off while at a caravan park this week I'll take no chances there thankyouverymuch

Sorry to hear that people are stealing things from your car. I know how you feel! They will never get the Ford boot badge off in any reasonable condition. I can't even remove the bloody thing with the boot lid off!
