Just posting, because i have bust my ankle, and the St has to stay put for a while. All I will be able to do is constantly clean it. Question is, can you over clean it

On building site. Up and down ladders all day and on scaffolding, then trip up on a small hole on the floor. Typical, do loads of hiking as well and always tripping up on rough ground. Ohh well, always when you least expect it

you think thats bad, i picked up a bad knee injury last footy game of the season, got my results back from the MRI scan yesterday and i have ruptured my cruciate ligament completely, have a grade 2 cartilage tear and both my fibia and tibia are severly bruised. I have to undergo a complete reconstruction of the knee which apparently is a complicated precedure and then have to endure a 9month rehabilitation program!!! life SUCKS

poor sod! my surgeon wants me to carry out 6weeks of solid physiotherapy as he would rather not operate because i could be out for up to 9-12months before i am back playing football again!! fingers crossed, but i cant see how a ruptured ligament can repair itself in 6weeks anyway haha

im just wasting time listening to music and thinkin of stuff for my fez =] im thinking sub and amp custom build in the back but im not sure on best place to do it coz of spare wheel in the boot =[ u got any ideas??

Think of all the money you're saving on petrol while not driving it tho Upside is you can buy more stuff

Do a build into the wheel well, then your boot is still the same size, if your part of the AA or something you dont need to carry a spare about

You could have some kind of mesh/bars or perspex on top of the sub so you can still put stuff on top of it when you need to
