Well over my long 4 day weekend I did some painting...

Just a primer shot of the new bump strips.


The finish after Panther Black and lacquer is not perfect on them but it's good enough for now. They have not yet been fitted. Might give it a go coming weekend as its a long one again (only 3 days this time though).

While I was in the painting mood I took the handle part of the boot and painted that too.

My boot was taped up for 2 days without the part.




Looks a lot better painted that plain grey although the finish on it is far from perfect. You can see the bits where its not painted well.

well I suppose its time for an update on here after the work I have done today

at the end of the afternoon I started on my red hoses but only did the washer fluid hose. Was a bit tired and couldn't be bothered starting the rest...
I also got Magnecor leads at the beginning of the week and fitted them tuesday
And of course my Sparco strut brace from a month ago



before starting with the hoses I had also fitted 3 stickers, my 2 Ken Block Hoonigan ones and a 3rd...







however the main activity of the afternoon was fitting my sideskirts. Weather seemed crap this morning but this afternoon was nice and bright so decided to fit them. I bought them 2nd hand for €150 from a parts warehouse, they are a bit scratched but not too bad overall. I will give them a good polish next time I clean the car.
My colleague who picked them up unfortunately lost one of the jacking covers before the skirts got to me. So I had to buy a new one and get it sprayed, picked it up yesterday for €65







looking forward to seeing the car with the summer wheels back on after the winter, curious as to how the total package will look.

next steps will be my small mudflaps once I get them made, splitter which is on its way (a different one to anyone on here i believe ), finish the hoses and a few more surprises for next year
