The pit bug is pretty annoying but i find if you just go in a lap after he says so you seem to be able to avoid all the clogging up in the pit. My last two stops have only been a few seconds whereas before i went from 7th down to last after a 16 second stop!!!
It doesn't affect me now i have sussed it. If u start on the OPTION TYRE (green stripe) come in a lap early (press the pit in button on the previous lap) and you will have the pit lane to urself, this does me however you have to a long last stint on the PRIME TYRE and put some good laps in
If u quailify badly, start on the PRIME TYRE (no green stripe) and run to about 3/4 laps from the end, then onto OPTION TYRE and blast the final few laps, if ur consistent on the PRIME TYRE at the start you should do ok

Its a right bugger to do whilst hammering round the track The only thing I find is, theres no grip difference after driving across some gravel And no grip difference with the tyres evening whacking a set of inters on they were fine in the dry
