My Mrs is in Matlock right now, a coach day out trip with her Mom.

I have just spoken to her and she tells me that there are Hundreds of bikers there.

there is also i mining museum but we'd have to be there alot earlier for this. you even get to got down the mine

I've had a look into campsites and this one seems good:

The field seem really big so we wouldn't have any problems getting everyone in (and in October it shouldn't get too busy anyways), it costs £7.50 per person/per night, you can park next to the tents (a must), and the vast majority of the reviews are positive about this site.

Chris is there a travel lodge near by as I don't think the other half would be happy camping when she's 7 months pregnant. Lol
