Hi Guys,

Right I know how annoying it is when someone joins a forum and asks for loads of things that have been posted thousands of times but....

I am getting my ST in the enxt week or so and am already looking at possible mods! Has anyone got a link to useful threads on what induction kits/exhausts to get?

Maybe showing a few different options for different budgets?

Cheers!

Did try the search option but nothing specific came up. Just wondered if there was a sticky explaining all the different induction kits.

Looks like everyone is going with the K&N So i will be getting that one me thinks

Looks ok for the price!

I am going to get in contact with a bloke who does tuning for a few other cars and see if he can custom make a kit for the ST

He does all sorts of kits and bits for mainly fiats and his results are a lot better than other brands!

There are a couple of other options, but the majority of people go with the K&N. Slight power increase and gives a good sound when you boot it

if your thinking of custom made, these are a little better

Hmmm it looks very similiar to the K&N kit!

I think I will just go with the norm for now! I am still in contact with the person at GSR engineering to see what he can do with any tuning bits.

They also work closely with red dot who remap cars and used to do before and after runs on Fiats with a remap for about £200.

probably the first ever tuning kit approved by a main dealer that did not affect existing warranty. Many years of testing to develop and faultless package proven time and time again to output the figures.
Go down this road if your still in warranty or go down this road if you want high quality reliable products/gains or go down this road if you want a one-stop package. The prices do compare with other kits from other tuners and MY use a legal sports Cat too.

Stage 1 165bhp 200nm of low down torque 0-60 7.2
Stage 2 185bhp 20012 of top end pulling power 0-60 7.1
Stage 3 prototype just been announced this weekend better spread of torque 200-210bhp

Is this someone just using a silicone 90 degree pipe and an air filter?

If so do we know what sizes are needed?

HAs anyone got any pics of anything like this in the engine bay?

p.s Sorry for all the questions
