i drove past my local ford dealers on friday and there was a red 08 plate fiesta st there, i was goin to go down today after work and see if i could trade my car in and get it but it was gone, oh well the one that got away

When I phoned the previous owners of my the car had been advertised less than an hour and I bought it that night

Just goes to show how good these cars are, there has been a few in there but i either havent had the $$$$ to get one or they havent been there long enough

I was looking at autotrader and pistonheads about 3 times a day for about 6 weeks and went to have a look at 4, saw mine and knew it was a winner

I was well lucky when i got mine, i bought it from a garage who had it for four months and the only reason it was still there was because we were supposedly in the height of the recession, and it was the very first one i went to look at!

Mine was the first I looked at, I didn't care, I had to have it

i just wish it was that easy for me

there was 2 there when i bought mine, and the other is still sat ther, 9months later and looking all lonely. still not even knocked much price of it. i was also going to buy one of the limited edition yellow zetec s' with chequered roof and that has just been bought by someone on my road

i went to a ford dealer to buy a blue one... then there was a silver one next to it and i fell in love and bought it there and then

mine was 4th time lucky

1st - red in polar ford 05 and too expensive
2nd - blue random garage somewhere, huge dent on the wheel arch
3rd - black, garage on garstang road preston, the salesman was an absolute arrogant swear word so i walked out (and it was wrecked)
4th - blue again, some reason caught my eye and had a good feeling about it and bought it i had the worst sleep ever for 3 nights cos i was so excited to get it!

Mine was ordered brand new
