So I am looking to make one of these as I feel for the money and look you can get soemthing better than the K&N filter.

I have got the measurement of the silicone pipe from looking at various sources..

70mm 90 degree bend.

So with that in mind I could buy some jubilee clips a 90 degree silicone pipe and a filter that will fit on the end....

Am I right in thinking that the second pipe on the pic below is an oil breather pipe?

What does the K&n kit come with instead of this pipe?

Can you just put an oil breather filter on the end like so..

So It should all be fine then!

I will check the measurements and stuff! I am not trying to put a downer on k&n I just want a bit of silicone and colour under my bonnet

Any ideas on the other question? (what do k&n do about oil breather?)

Im a little bit confused, do you need the oil breather if you get rid of the standard induction? or is it worth getting the roose motorsport hoses which to me looks like it goes to where the breather would be? Please explain im stupid

In the 57i kit you get a pipe that goes from the filter to the oil bit. I got rid and bought a oil breather from halfords tho
