changing my bulbs should be on next todo list.

As for the headlights in question I believe someone in fact did a straight swap on here no? Might need some attention when it comes to wiring?

I haven't had a look but I'm guessing the whole unit gets swapped and there is a plug and play type wire connection.

I need some HID's in my life as well

yes i believe there is a plug and play type wire. Even if you look at the De-tango threads, removing the headlight from its wiring seems to be simply 'unplug'. However one should be a bit careful when changing bulbs then. A problem that I've also seen on here somewhere.

check out the forum for topics in HIDs. I believe there was some discount code somewhere in a thread started by myself.

Found the thread!

http://www.fordfiestast.co.uk/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=199425&an=0&page=4#199425

That code works and takes about £30 off the 55w HID's
