Hey people!

Picking my car up this weekend! Can't wait for it! 07 black standard

I've been saving for so long and constantly looking on the market!

I'll get picks up straight away. Anyone in the sussex area let me know!

I've been seeing that K&N air filters are a pretty standard and help her breathe more? How much would this set me back roughly? Haven't worked on an ST before but I have a best mate who he/his dad has the tools so if its not too much work may do it myself?!?!

Let me know your thoughts!

Cheers!

Welcome Mate, youll enjoy the ST! K&N is a good start, folk say it does help the ST breathe more, gives it a cheeky grunt aswell and its not too pricey. Lots of folk fit it themselves, so if your mate has the tools you can give it a go, wont be too difficult!

I remember when I picked up my Panther Black ST, went from a 1.1 litre to it and it felt like a rocketship!

It felt quick enough when I upgraded from a 1.4 MG ZR! Definitely go with a K&N as first mod - gives a lovely sound and you should notice a little difference on the throttle.

Oh, and welcome along
