Hi, i'm a new user and i'm lookin for that rare item that is a st500 badge and a reason why it wasnt fitted in the first place. I'm starting to think it maybe a fake but its in the log book???

I'd be very greatful for any info/ advice.

if it says it in the logbook then it should be one, i'd go back to the dealers if you got it from one

Ebay it! Scour the internet high and low! You must be able to get one from somewhere!

i just had a look on ebay and couldnt find one. have you tried asking ford? can you contact the person you bought it from? they could have debadged but kept the badge.

or a pikey may have taken it to put on a nissan micra, i heard thats a common car for putting dodgy fake badges on. i once saw this guy who had one with a type r badge on - looked amazing! s**t hot if you ask me!

i have seen two on ebay in the last couple of months one went for £80 ish the next made £102 keep thinking mines going to get nicked after seeing how much they make

the only place you can get them is fords and they will ask for reg plate or proof of purchase

your not alone, the st500 at my local dealers did not have an st500 badge.

Thanks for your quick replys, i've rang the local ford parts dept. n they said they dont do them anymore. they told me they do a focus rs 500 badge, its the same colour but it just looks similar to the fiat 500 badge lol. As for bein worried about it bein nicked, those people sellin them on ebay could be goin back to the postal address that they sent them to and pinchin them off the cars to sell again lol.

You'd be lucky to find one of these, as far as Im aware ford made 1000 of them. Half went on the focus's and the other half on the fiesta's. My mate has 2 sets of 500 badges on his car and refused an offer of £150 for it

wot does he need 2 for, your only supposed to have 1 on the back, a bit O.T.T lol

He got one from a scrap yard and put it on the front grill. It looks very nice!
