Why let it bother you? You have to pay it one way or another, and without paying it the country would go bankrupt, so its pointless moaning about it

get a tax exempt motor but then itl go wrong all the time coz its old :S

I don't pay car tax in France. Only the insurance, and I pay road tax directly out my wages and thats it.
