When i bought the  a couple of years ago im sure the car tax was only 80 odd quid for 6 months, just got the reminder and its £120 for six months, bloody rip off governments, pack of greedy wan--s. Rant over.

Mine was £175 for the year last year... Looks like it will be £200 at the end of the month

Why let it bother you? You have to pay it one way or another, and without paying it the country would go bankrupt, so its pointless moaning about it

get a tax exempt motor  but then itl go wrong all the time coz its old :S
