Yeah it's really useful to pick a couple that are maybe 0.5 and 1.0s ahead of you. You can often see quite quickly where you're losing some basic time.

I use the far right set up, i.e highest top speed with lowest downforce

This would change for a tight twisty track tho

I'll have to have a bash with that then, I was using the one to the left of that and got a 1:32 something in about 12 laps

Your getting there,i saw you playing career. Are you racing my or another ghost? I spent some time on other time trial tracks today, got another thing going on with a friend on T Trial. same rules ( only engineer setting) he beats my time, i beat his, he beats mine etc but he normally has the faster time in the end.

Im not racing ur ghost as its off putting having me plus my PB and the one ur racing
